Great current, host interrupts guests a lot
The content on this show is amazing for people who are grappling with the effects of burnout and burnout prevention. What I appreciate is that they cover the many different facets of burn out, not just being overworked which is only one reason for feeling burnt out. The host, however, I think has a tendency to make each episode about herself rather than making the guest the focus. She interrupts guests a lot to tell her own story or opinions, which can be frustrating because I’m usually interested in hearing the guest’s story and advice.

I met Cait at a podfest conference and her love and passion for people was evident. That is equalled by her clear, rational and educational approach to a really important subject that affects all of us in the workforce. Highly recommended!
