Dear Listener’s Review
Fun story for neophytes. Nothing new for seasoned vets. Unfortunately, the most memorable part of the podcast is the narrator’s bizarre propensity for overcomplicating his duties. The speaker’s cadence, delivery, and unnecessary imagining of a “movie version” of this story make it almost unlistenable at times. Also, we know who we are: people listening to a podcast. There’s no need to continuously refer to us as “dear listener.” By the end of the series, I was almost wishing for a visit from the men in black, so they could erase the memory of this chintzy moniker.
