The host and producers took the time to integrate experts and victims alongside grieving family members. There were many viewpoints shared that helped frame the overall story in an easily understood manner.
A well told story, like this one, causes the listener to experience a wide range of emotions, while also being challenged to revisit everything you previously thought about cremation, medical research and funeral homes in general.
