Cocktail the Yellowjacket by  *moodymixologist.com *The Yellowjacket takes those flavors to the next level by replacing some of the honey syrup with the herbal punch of yellow Chartreuse. 2 oz gin ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse1 oz lemon juice½ oz honey syrup (recipe in Notes below)INSTRUCTIONS  Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.Shake until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass.Garnish with a lemon twist. *Honey syrup is nothing more than a mix of honey and water. There are variations on how much water to use, but a simple honey syrup is just one part honey stirred together with one part water until the honey dissolves.  Once the honey has been ‘loosened’ by the water, it mixes effortlessly into drinks of all kinds, hot or cold.
