Careful....
I love all of these tips on budgeting and mindset about paying off debt and living a frugal life. Well done!! My caution is that these are not financial advisors that are providing customized financial advice for individuals. These are very general statements on advice on insurance, real estate etc. I hold financial licenses and have had over a decade of financial planning and meeting individuals and I have cringed at some of the advice given to a broad audience. Ex: Instead of disability insurance, just make sure you’ve created passive income and an emergency fund. Yikes!!! That’s pretty dangerous advice. Please continue to provide great advice on budgeting and frugal living , but leave actual financial recommendations to those that are doing individual financial planning and evaluating people’s actual needs and goals.
