Our Stories, Our Faces w/ Karla Marina Hernandez

Description
Amigues! On this second installment of our Latine Heritage Month program, we caught up with Karla Hernandez, a researcher at the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative. To our surprise, she's also from South Central (so you know the chisme was good!). We discuss the current state of Latinx representation in Hollywood and Spoiler Alert: There aren't enough of us!  We do apologize - Amigues, I'm currently in NYC for work (you know - being an Urban Planner) and I had to record this episode in a closet (the irony). That being said, the audio is not the greatest but the conversation was juicy so bear with us! To keep up with the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, visit: annenberg.usc.edu/research/aii   Also make sure to follow us on instagram: @inclusionists @frutafresca.podcast @soynalgona   Lastly, make sure to review and subscribe to the podcast so you're the first to know when a new episode drops!   Produced by Marginal Mediaworks, Inc.
