Not going to listen anymore
I love the whole idea of Meg Linehan. I can’t deal with the ubiquitous smirk in her voice, her constant use of the term “space,” and the fact she doesn’t act as though the audience for women’s soccer extends well beyond Twitter and other social media outlets. Added comment. Had to stop listening to the popping from Portland episode. Linehan objects to a defense contractor sponsoring the Washington Spirit because it is not in her mind on message for the Cause NWSL is supposed to be spear heading. Her podcast is sponsored by a betting website. Where does that fit in. I signed up for the Athletic because of Meg. And now l am canceling for the same reason.

If you’re a fan of women’s soccer (or soccer generally, let’s be honest) Full Time is a must-listen to show! Meg is the best at what she does, and she brings that same level of knowledge and professionalism it the podcast. Great guests, great discussions, and helpful news updates!

Come for the woso insight and fascinating interviews but stay for the deadpan “Steph and I have discussed for years NWSL fight club.” I find myself laughing out loud listening to this while also getting my fix of woso opinions and analysis. Truly a perfect podcast.
