Katharine is an expert on the legalities of what big tech companies can do with our data, what those terms and conditions statements that none of us actually read mean and who else will use all the data that is collected about each and everyone one of us. Katharine is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Law, The University of New South Wales. Her research focuses on competition law (particularly misuse of market power), consumer protection and data privacy in financial and tech services.
