However, Belinda’s leadership journey doesn't end on the field, she’s held numerous executive positions, including CEO of Women's Cricket Australia and General Manager of Community Cricket at Cricket Australia. In 2020, Belinda founded The Leadership Playground, where she helps young women develop the confidence, skills, and courage to lead.
