Jeffrey Browne on creating a winning culture
Listen now
Description
What does it take to build a winning team? Jeff Browne is the President of Collingwood Football Club, and Chairman of Walkinshaw Group and MA Financial Group. Starting in sports law, Jeff was previously the Chairman at carsales.com, and Managing Director for the Nine Network. Perhaps most importantly though, Helen McCabe names Jeff as one of the few male mentors she has. In this episode, hear Jeff's firsthand account of the transformation he spearheaded at Collingwood, guiding the club through a period of cultural renewal and on-field success, and his tips for creating a winning culture in any organisation. Jeff also opens up about his recent cancer diagnosis and failed relationships.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
