They recap the BA MLB Mock Draft 4.0 and who the Guardians will take 1.1 and who he would take at 1.1 if money were no object.  They get around to who Carlos thinks will be available for the White Sox and who the Sox should take at #5. Prep pitching is rumored to the Sox with the 43rd and 68th pick in the draft, so they go through a few of the names that will be available before moving to Carlos's feelings on the new anti-tank draft rules and how he feels about the rookie league ending in July, and the draft also being in mid July.
