“The guests on the show are very good. The interviewer, however, is super annoying. She interrupts with banal comments like "oh yeah, I love that. Right". She needs to zip it! Her questions are pretty lame but luckily her guests are good at running with it. Overall a good program just wish the interviewer would try a little harder.”

“I've learned a lot from the guests interviewed, but it's so hard to listen to the interviewer. She comes off as insincere & nervous. The awkward laughs & interruptions & "hmmm, yes. Interesting", it's just way too much. It's a shame.”

“Connie's radioblog podcast keeps me on the right track. Connie helped me kick sugar a few years ago and I am eternally grateful. While I"m less interested in the techno interviews and non-nutrition related interviews, most are about health and nutrition and are great.”
