Best Trance Podcast on iTunes
I have listened to several Trance podcasts on iTunes. In a couple I wasn't a big fan of the person speaking over the songs. It just souned annoying. In anothers, you could hear some mixing blunders, and it sort of ruined the experience. Tranceportal.org just bumped up the anty with multiple album covers and track markers for each song, but their song selections aren't always top notch. This Trance podcast beats all of the others in the areas of song selection, mixing and (yes, I hate to admit it) but the voice commentaries. Hearing the British accent is refreshing, and you can just tell Gareth Emery is a solid reference point in the industry. Keep up the great work! p.s. - How do you find time to produce, perform live and make these mixes on such a regular basis? :-)

More reviews of Gareth Emery
I found Gareth's podcast when I heard a track of his being played on another cast (Jordan Waeles). Gareth's cast is amazing! He has a knack for finding the lastest tracks from the greatest DJs on the planet. Simply one of the best trance podcasts on the planet!!

I'm already hooked after just two podcasts. If you are expecting banging trance all the way similar to Gareth's club sets, this won't be for you - but if you're after a fantastically diverse selection that starts off with house and electro before moving through to trance at the...Read full review »
