Growing up we enjoyed films and stories like Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Rapunzel the list goes on. But each of these stories carries the same energy and underlying meaning, they point us to a story that is taking place inside. Where a part or aspect of ourselves seems to have been abandoned or rejected and now awaits our return. In this episode, we explore what are these aspects that we've abandoned and how can we begin to welcome them back home.

So how often are we trusting our gut or our internal guidance system without clearing it of the things it's accumulated over time, from false perceptions, traumatic experiences, and so on. Can we really trust what feels good to us?
