We often talk about representation and pop culture. One major contribution that works behind the scenes here is that of the casting department. Them deciding to look for queer actors, actually considering them for the role, training them and respectfully treating them throughout the process. In India, casting has been known in a not so good light but the scenario is changing. To shed more light on this, we invited one of the top casting directors of India- Kavish Sinha.
