“Hello MUNA! My name is Naomi (omg crazy coincidence) and I am an Ultimate Frisbee player on Emory University’s Gender Expansive and Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team (EGEWU). EGEWU splits into two teams, LUNA and TUNA. Do you see where I’m going with this??? MUNA is our missing piece! (If you don’t get it it’s cause we all rhyme). We LOVE Muna specifically Silk Chiffon. In fact, Silk Chiffon was our team song two years ago, and we have traveled the South East, from Alabama to Tennessee, making sure everyone knows “life’s so fun” and “SILK CHIFFON, that’s how it feels oh when she’s on me” (we scream the silk chiffon part when we sing it). Our goal for the season should probably be to win some games, but instead it is to be recognized by our favorite band ever. Honestly, you’re a big inspiration to us, especially because 64% of our team is fruity in some capacity (we calculated). If you’re willing we would love to make gaystory by being the first D1 Ultimate Frisbee team to receive a coveted MUNA sponsorship. Let’s be clear… this would be a mutually beneficial arrangement.
