In this episode, Laz recounts how his stay at Camp Gabriel ended after he was assigned to a bitterly cold Lake Placid work detail, overseen by the guard who didn't like him. The guard in question sported a tattoo of a Black child in a noose. After a dispute on the "job" site almost turned deadly, Laz is met by a fleet of guards upon his return to the jail.
