Description
In this special teaching, recorded before Mother's Day, Geshe Sonam Ngodup explains how we should see our mothers as more precious than a wish fulfilling jewel because of the kindness and care they show. Also, how we can extend this understanding and experience to encompass all sentient beings, with a mind of love and a wish to benefit them. Geshe la teaches in Tibetan and his teachings are translated by Venerable Khedrup. Not only are all mothers more precious than a wish-fulfilling jewel, but one should also see all sentient beings as more precious than a wish-fulfilling jewel The Eight Verses of Mind Training (Lojong) By thinking of all sentient beings As more precious than a wish-fulfilling jewel For accomplishing the highest aim, I will always hold them dear.   Visit our Facebook page for more teachings by Geshe Sonam Ngodup and English translator Ven.
