“Really enjoy having Michael Kofman discuss the Ukraine conflict. Unfortunately, the interviewer is pretty bad. Some things he needs to improve include:
1. Stop interrupting Kofman with points intended to make yourself sound smart
2. Ask questions - don’t go on diatribes setting context unnecessarily
3. Stop asking questions about individual actions (raids, specific air raids)- ask strategic questions and their implications
4. Stop dropping in historical examples that may apply to the situation- they come off as simplistic or not thought through- and more intended to make the interviewer sound smart”
