As a film maker and photographer, Mitch Nivalis was looking for a deeper story to tell. A trip to the local supermarket raised Mitch’s awareness about a women’s and gender diverse footy club, and this was the catalyst to Mitch producing the film ‘Equal The Contest’. The advocacy from Mitch and others has seen the successful inclusion of the Mount Alexander Falcons into the Riddell District Football and Netball League.
