I am a commercial property manager and manage several properties in New England USA. I listen to your podcasts weekly and can’t tell you enough how it has helped my mindset. We have started adding income properties to our own personal portfolio. The passive income has equaled my income from my management position. However that motivating fear factor has me wanting to purchase a few more properties so we can have a buffer in cash reserve.
