I just wanted to share with you a concern about your episode with Clayton Morris. I’m not sure if you followed any of the sagas with him on BiggerPockets, but according to first count experience of several investors that have posted many threads on BiggerPockets, he defrauded several investors, blamed it on his business partner at the time, and then fled to Portugal which appeared to be to avoid prosecution.
You may want to take down that episode and distance yourself from him.”
