“I feel like a podcast could be made ABOUT this podcast - about how a journalist succumbs to family pressure so as not to confront hard truths. It was pretty obvious to me that John Dancy fit the profile of a charming sociopath just from two things - his statement after the murders and his contact with Dorothy L Sayers.
The family wants to hold on to the legend of John, but doesn’t seem interested in looking at the true ‘legend’ of the family - Naomi.
I don’t like how this podcast was centred on the probable murderer and not his victims - one a pioneering doctor and the other a war veteran.”
