Turns out, it’s more than a running podcast.
About seven months ago, I was ramping up my milage as a runner, during my first marathon training. I needed some more podcasts to listen to while running, so I jumped onto Spotify and began scrolling the recommended section. I saw ghostrunners then realized “those are the Jean Shorts guys!” After listening to a few episodes, I was hooked…and nervous. You see, two 90 minute episodes per week is a huge commitment, but then again, so is a marathon. So I took that leap and subscribed thinking “It’ll be the first to go if I can’t keep up” and BOY WAS I WRONG! This trio works wonderfully together and listening in is a great way to escape the daily grind. Not only is it two best friends (and Timon) having lighthearted conversation about their lives, also, anything these guys talk about ends up in a hilarious story or a long string of jokes. I’m now finished with the marathon, and realized I can’t let my friends Jake and Brad and Timon go…so I signed up more races! The ghostrunners pod is here to stay, so become a ghostie for free today!

Love this podcast! I listen to it walking to class and probably look stupid just randomly cracking up...worth it

Brad and Jake’s humor keep me laughing through the entire hour...and again when I think about it later. Thank you for making my Mondays a lot brighter, boys! P.S. Brad, please sing more because it makes me smile. Jake, please have more unpopular opinions because I agree with all of them.

You guys are hilarious! I had to stop listening at the gym because I’d randomly start laughing while trying to do hard things—definitely not because I stopped going to the gym...or maybe I did. You’ll never know. Anyway, I love all of the random topics and how well you two feed off of each other....Read full review »
