Just after midnight on January 21st, 1906 the S. S. Not all the streets of Victoria are as safe as others. Lower Humboldt Street in particular is known for being a bit more treacherous than others and Joe Nuana is to blame for that.  Learn the story of Joe and how he became known as the murdering ghost after the crimes he committed led to his death but still did not manage to bring justice and silence him forever.
