I mean?!?! This is a podcast focused on entrepreneurship and I think with a tilt to women, but the last 3 titles are regarding how to relieve stress, how to host an event, and the last one was so cringeworthy I purposely forgot it. Gearing content towards women entrepreneurs should be more non-stereotyping and more real life business advice for folks that focus on areas of their business that are related to women. From my experience this would include being detailed oriented and how to work with staff when you’re a perfectionist, or following your ideas instead of relying on business books as those are written by men (you’re ideas are most likely new and exciting because on a big platform they haven’t been used, and even how to deal with sexism when you’re the CEO (staff and landlords included. Even when you’re signing their checks. They still sexist.) I think only those that have been or are currently a female entrepreneur or on a management team and female should have podcasts under this category.
