Thomas is a Human Business Architect and coach for Agile business and project transformation with more than 25 years of experience in various industries. He is the founder and curator of Motivate2B and currently accompanying Allianz Germany as an Agile Transformation Coach. His motivation and goal are to help human business become the new global normal by 2030. His latest book 'Human Business' was published in German by Haufe Verlag in November 2020.
