Stefanie Kemp has been Country Leader Germany at Oracle since June 2020. Before joining Oracle, Stefanie held various positions as Vice President for Business Transformation and Digitization. In her 30-year IT career, she also held CIO positions at RWE and the Vorwerk Group. She was named CIO of the year and received the Global Exchange Award. In addition to her role at Oracle, she sits on various committees, including as a member of the non-executive committee at eco - Association of the Internet Industry. She also advocates more femininity in information technology and in leadership positions. She is particularly proud of the "Ladies in Tech" special award for her commitment.
