Came for the story of Rogue One’s production, stayed for the rest
I don’t normally leave reviews but it caught me off guard to see so few ratings and reviews for such well crafted and dry wit laced insight into film production through the lena of the two non-Skywalker Star Wars films and the writers’ strike of 2008. I, like many people have become sick of Star Wars content and discourse but after seeing someone on Reddit mention how Rogue One’s reshoots were quietly helmed by a different director, I was intrigued to learn more. It just so happened the very same Redditor cited this podcast as the place to do so and I got stuck in. Having now listened to all of the Rogue One and Striking Out seasons I can’t recommend checking out this podcast highly enough and I’ve already started trying to get friends onboard

Thorough, forensic and just straight-up enjoyable. I wish all of my interests had such a deep level of analysis in “seeing how the sausage is made”.
