“It’s a strong podcast and I’ve listened to a lot now. There is however one issue.
The host Dave, after asking a question just needs to sit back and listen to the guest who often begins getting into the flow of their answer but is interrupted by him too often. He regularly chips in with constant agreement and asides that stumble the speaker and pause what could be a great story. By Dave staying quiet it would allow the guest to develop their story and get into the meat of it, and when finished move onto the next question or Dave give his input then.
Otherwise, it’s very strong - it would have been a 5 star review if it were not for this one glaring problem.
If this changes and the podcast begins to improve, my review will certainly gain that extra star.
