Has become disappointing
I used to really love this podcast—and still think it’s great at times (eg the recent pop up podcast about the Australian election) and I really respect Toby Manhire—but I’ve been completely turned off it by Annabelle Lee Mather’s lack of compassion for overseas NZers. She said in a recent podcast that she just didn’t care about the court case because lots of people suffered unimaginable things through the pandemic. I’m not a GK zealot but even I was upset by that. This was the latest of many such opinions. It isn’t a competition about who suffered the most. In future, I’d love to see more pop up interviews with people on different issues (eg on climate change).

Very disturbed by Ben's near rabid anti- Wellingtonism. Get a grip Ben, it's not as if you're comparing it to Wanaka or somewhere nicer - you're in an Auckland traffic queue for goodness sake 😺

Just discovered these 3 and enjoying the insight into the politics and issues with a sense of humour and lightness.

Spinoff politics coverage is great. Unfortunately the podcast is overly long and waffly :(
