Lillie Bleasdale is a marathoner, coach and advocate of female health!  Having had her own experience with Endometriosis & Adenomyosis she now shares her health journey online in the hope to raise awareness, and to give women going through what she did something that they maybe able to relate to, with the ultimate hope of alleviating the chronic pain that many women suffer with in silence. Also an incredibly accomplished runner herself Lillie and Ben cover how she struggles with the marathon blues, why she chose not to do a spring marathon in 2024 and why it should always be about enjoyment over everything else!
