Incorrect Information
As a Haitian, very disturbed to hear the Haitian expert being brought on to educate the audience about Haitian cuisine mention cilantro as something Haitians use in their cooking and in soup joumou. Haitians do NOT use cilantro any more than French bistros use scotch bonnet peppers. You can do better. This is generally a good podcast with good information. Soup joumou does not include cilantro. Parsley yes, cilantro no no no.
