Theres nothing I love more than sharing an inspiring story and this one is definitely that!  This story has been everywhere, national news, ESPN, sports talk radio… As soon as I heard Parker Byrd’s story, I knew I wanted to meet the momma behind this young man whose story is impacting so many people!  Parker is a baseball player at Eastern Carolina University and two weeks ago he took the field as the first amputee to ever play Division I baseball.  Parker was injured in a boating accident the summer before his freshman year and lost his lower leg.
