Carlos Sainz scored his maiden F1 victory but the star of the day at Silverstone was the Halo. Sainz scored victory at his 150th F1 weekend after also starting from pole position for the very first time.  But Ferrari's strategists again came under the spotlight for numerous questionable decisions during the race, including leaving Charles Leclerc as a sitting duck in the closing stages.
