Feeling like an imposter? You're not alone. Imposter syndrome is something that a lot of students experience, On this episode, we speak with Kene a second year Masters in Public Helath student studying health policy and management. She shares her experiences with imposter syndrome particularly how it showed up while taking classes in a remote environment and with students at various levels in their academic career. Kene gives us great tips on how community, journaling and focusing on the facts can all be utilized to help us manage feelings of inadequacy when they arise.
