In this episode, we talk to a local organization called Say No To Plastic Ware, which works to reduce the distribution of plasticware by restaurants. Because the majority of plasticware isn't recycled, co-founder Aadit Bennur and his team aim to diminish the use of plasticware to avoid plastic waste build-up.
