Cariad has a bloody brilliant way of displaying the mess and joy of grief, making the chaos feel ok and proving unequivocally that talking honestly about something awful makes it easier.
Personally, this podcast has reassured me that it is totally normal to still be riding the old grief rollercoaster as the years fly by.
I can’t tell you how many people I have recommended this podcast to! It feels like ‘oh thank god someones finally mentioned it!’As if deaths been this huge elephant staring at us all and someone’s gone ‘guys... have you seen that elephant? Coz I have...it’s enormous right?! How do you feel about it... etc and so on 😊
I love hearing the humanity of it all. People honestly sharing the nitty-gritty bits and bobs of death and loss and grief.
