“I don’t mean to be dramatic but listening to this podcast has got me through a very dark time. I had a really complicated relationship with my dad and he died very suddenly. He didn’t leave a will and so the aftermath of his death was also very complicated and messy and upsetting. Listening to the different stories, finding something to laugh about and being able to recognise my own grief in the stories of others was honestly a lifesaver. I started listening from episode 1 and it’s been the only thing playing in my car....I’m a bit worried about what happens when I catch up and have to wait a week!

“I’m so glad that this podcast exists. I wish I’d known about it earlier! When my mum died 2 years ago, I was desperate to find out more about how people grieve so that I could make sense of my own process. The humour is a great vehicle to explore grief without getting too heavy.”
