“I listen to this every night on a 30 minute sleep timer. Other podcasts just haven’t been as soothing. It’s not the context, it’s the reader. In other podcasts I have listened to, the reader’s voice is too peppy, and they sound to awake to lull me to sleep. I am 13, and have a lot of energy, so I need a calming voice to help me get to bed, I have also insomnia which only complicates things more. Bob Newfeld reads this podcast and I am happy to report that I am sleeping soundly in 15 minutes or less when it would usually take me 45. Thanks Bob!
