Description
Thoughts, Feelings, & Fupas! On this episode, we welcome Eva Arreguin, co-host of the De Colores Radio podcast & a member of the De Colores Collective. A North Texas native, Eva uses her voice to enrich the lives of other POCs through the De Colores Collective's gatherings, workshops, and podcast. Since 2016, the events she coordinates with her fellow DCC members, Patricia Arreguin & Rafa Tamayo, have become a highlight of the Oak Cliff Cultural Center's programming. During our conversation with Eva, we discuss growing up in the South; the importance of adequate mental health services for POCs; how to avoid cultural appropriation when being intersectional; and her role as Robert's style icon!
