“I have been listening to Growing Gardenias since it’s early episodes, and each episode feels so much more intimate than the last! I adore how Niara brings light to often times difficult topics and helps voice what we all might legitimately be feeling and might not feel comfortable expressing aloud. Her anecdotes are relatable, and she never feels ‘preach-y’ when sharing advice or tips on how to navigate what may otherwise be sensitive topics.
The growth that I can see and feel in Niara as a listener of the show for some time really helps motivate me on my own journey of healing and self love. It’s not an easy road to travel, and it’s even harder when you feel alone on this path.
