Host doesn’t seem overly interested in the conversations

“Shannon has some very interesting and diverse guests on her podcast and I can tell her intentions behind the podcast and each episode are genuine.
But I often feel she seems uninterested in the discussion and her responses or questions don’t flow organically. Not sure if she is paying full attention to the conversation being had because she is always saying “mmm, yeah” or giggling and then moving onto a completely different topic. I also hear a lot of background noise which makes me think she’s doing something else at the same time. Perhaps the episodes could be shorter too.
I hope this improves because I can tell she is trying to take this podcast in a great direction and there is definitely opportunity for this to be a hit.”
