82. Breath of Divine Life
Listen now
Description
This is a short healing and rejuvenation meditation that focuses on breath. Using the letters of the Aleph Beis, and the wisdom of the Torah contained within, the listener is guided into a deep rhythm of breathing and healing, with every cycle of breath an opportunity for a deeper experience of spiritual intimacy and rejuvenation.   Please note that this meditation does not time itself to regular intervals of breathing. Rather, it is intended as a guide to learn the specific steps of the cycle of the Breath of Divine Life, to be repeated again and again by the listener at their own personal pace and whenever the opportunity arises. With practice, the necessary spiritual muscles are developed that open the doors to a deeper and more profoundly healing and rejuvenating breathing cycle experience.   Hebrew words used in this meditation: חיים - life - numerical value: 68 אל - Divine name for kindness - numerical value: 31 הבל - breath - numerical value: 37   Music Credits: Cliffdiver - Ambient Wall #7 - https://youtu.be/zQAhWVzzvvQ?si=yfPM_CrUcd0gXRzm Borrtex - Falling Into Presence - https://youtu.be/326BbW1HvAQ?si=HtuibZB7e_zWzRbC Borrtex - Realization - https://youtu.be/VRIvSSm1xYY?si=U5JNAGXWMJR8r2WX Self Care - Lee Rosevere - https://youtu.be/oEfnAQyxVgk
