“I find that this podcast is very relaxing. I wish there were more like them. Though I could not speak for all people I found the meditations between a 3 or 4 rating but closer to the 4. “Nice pictures, but I got stuck trying to figure out what they where. I also don't personally like to read words when I meditate because it draws me out of myself, but I can see how they could be useful.”
