“I’ve been a Gym Lord for about 16 weeks now. To be honest I didn’t make a choice to work with Alex because I wanted more $ even though that’s always necessary. I already had a pretty profitable gym and a great community. Maybe this is just my pleasing personality but I felt like I was failing everyone. I was looking for better systems to be able to enjoy more quality time with my wife and 2 boys. I was looking for better ways to lead my team and be a good leader for them and have a team that truly is my ride or die. I was looking for the best fulfillment process for our clients so they could get amazing results, feel connected and apart of not a gym but a family. As we entered Gym Launch with over 350 members it’s embarrassing to admit but we were losing staff and members and it was my fault. In 16 short weeks we have plugged up so many holes in our business and I truly feel confident to say we are the best gym offering the very best service in our community and the numbers don’t lie as our attrition rate has been cut in half and I’m finding less and less members wanting to cancel and more and more members wanting to stay because we KNOW them!
