Diversity truly equals excellence at a company — a 2020 report from McKinsey that studied over 1000 companies concluded that there was a positive correlation between how diverse an executive team is, and the company's financial performance. While it's no secret that the world of work today is deluged by layoffs, hiring freezes and an atmosphere of uncertainty, we believe it's a good time to put on our reading glasses, dive in and study what kind of values and teams make a company truly incredible. DTCC's spirited Executive Director of Talent, Blair Goodman recently joined us for a conversation around the same, how DTCC has raised the bar in attracting and cultivating talent, and how they aim to change the status quo of DE&I.
