“there seriously aren’t enough words in the world to describe how much this podcast means to me! i first discovered the podcast over 3 years ago in 2020, and i remember listening to the “ranking disney dads” episode and laughing out loud too many times to count—from that moment on, i’ve been completely hooked and i absolutely adore the incredible people on this incredible podcast!! i’ve listened to every episode, i’ve joined patreon, i’ve done everything i can to spend more time with these wonderful people who love Disney as much as i do!! i cannot thank you all enough for the joy, the smiles, and the laughter you’ve brought me over the years—in some of the most difficult mental health times of my life, you have been there for me as an escape and a source of magic and joy and reminders of all the beautiful Disney things that make me happy!! when all i’ve needed is an escape from my own mind, you have been there for me with a laugh and a smile, ALWAYS, and you’ve made me feel like i am not alone! i am now doing my own disney college program and working for disney myself!! so much of my excitement and desire to come and work at walt disney world was from this podcast, and so many of the things i’ve been doing since i’ve been here are suggestions from the podcast! i remember bugging my mom constantly on her first trip down here to visit me, telling her fun facts i learned from andrew or taking her to restaurants that nick foster has raved about 😂 it’s so strange to feel like these podcasts hosts i’ve never met are my friends, but that’s truly how it feels!! i will be riding runaway railway and think about jarrett’s persistent love for that ride, i will crack up and think about corey every time i see astro orbiter, or i will smile thinking about how mel understands that the ariel ride is one of the best rides in walt disney world. it’s so beautiful that this group of disney fans are so kind and hilarious that we feel welcomed into their family week after week—every episode i listen to feels like coming home, a place where i am welcomed and i am so full of joy!! again, i cannot thank you all enough for all that you have done for me, and i hope you know how much you mean to me and to SO many other listeners. thank you for your magic!! 🩵”
