“None of the presenters are commercial pilots, none describe experience in investigation relevant areas such as root cause analysis or human factors either in aviation or any other safety critical environments.
There are many arrogant comments about how they can’t understand how someone couldn’t do X, or double check Y. This despite the fact that there is a large body of work published on why people behave in such ways.
They are just reading out large amounts of accident reports and don’t add any insights.
They also have a US centric arrogance that assumes the US way of doing things is always better, without any evidence to support such assumptions, and in areas where such assumptions actually have evidence opposing the idea.
The giggling rapidly becomes tedious and sometimes shows significant disrespect to the passengers and crews involved.”
