Joy brings current events from a POC POV, she ties current events to history, and for me that’s the most important thing she does. The history of America, a country born and nurtured in the ideology of white supremacy, still struggles to be a country for all. The Tuckems crowd works hard to maintain the white oligarchy that was the founder’s vision.
